Every now and then I miss the flavors I grew with. This weekend I happened to drive by one of the best Hispanic mini markets in Port Chester NY, so I stopped and bought Goya's passion fruit nectar to make a great natural juice at home. The flavor of this fruit is so refreshing and tart that is great for a summer afternoon or to serve with a good lunch.
